White Dress Words of Worrying Wisdom!

From the flowing white dress to the smiling family and friends; from the perfect day with the perfect man, the perfect cake, the perfect invitations, the perfect…perfect..PERFECT!

Ok ladies, as much as we all LOVE to think, plan, and dream about our perfect wedding, reality and experience tell us that it’s simply not that easy.

However, it is much more fun to start with what IS easy, and what IS easy is to let our imaginations run wild.  Go ahead and plan the perfect day, from the biggest detail to the satisfyingly small detail that will make your man roll his eyes.  Revel in it!

Done?  Ok good!

Now for the practical part.  Yes, practicality has a small, tiny, miniscule purpose when it comes to wedding planning, and today we’re going to flex our practicality muscles.  Put aside the dream wedding scenario for a moment, and think about what could go wrong with your perfect day.  Oh, I know, this part of practicality will be JUST as easy as our last exercise.  I myself had a very simple and inexpensive wedding that nevertheless had me sweating bullets many sleepless nights!  The raw number of things that could go wrong are endless.  But don’t fret, I’ve scoured the web, my own experience, and the experiences of our many wedding clients to bring you…

Now none of this is a big surprise.  But categorizing the most stressful items can be a great help during stress-attack time.  A big part of managing the stress of planning your wedding is to get some help.  Yes, we are allowed to be, let’s say, particular about planning our special day, but enlisting the professional help is madly useful!
